Emergency Maintenance Issues:
- Sewer Back-Ups
- Electrical Emergencies
- No Heat under 50 degrees
First, call your gas provider to make sure your gas is turned on
- Anything that causes significant property damage
- Anything that forces you to leave the property

If you smell gas or suspect a gas emergency, leave the property immediately and call your electric/gas provider to report the emergency.
All non-emergency calls made to the after hours line will be charged a $100 after hours service call charge.
