For Non-Emergency Maintenance Issues:

Submit your maintenance request one of three ways:

 Please review your lease to see whose responsibility a repair is.

 

Emergency Maintenance Issues:

This Includes: 

  • Fires
  • Floods
  • Sewer Back-Ups
  • Electrical Emergencies
  • No Heat under 50 degrees
    First, call your gas provider to make sure your gas is turned on
  • Anything that causes significant property damage
  • Anything that forces you to leave the property

If you smell gas or suspect a gas emergency, leave the property immediately and call your electric/gas provider to report the emergency.  

All non-emergency calls made to the after hours line will be charged a $100 after hours service call charge.
