To request maintenance on a property, please complete the form below and a member of the Shandon Group or a Vendor will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please remember that we handle maintenance requests and not always are able to approve any cosmetic wishes or upgrades.

ANY MAINTENANCE ITEMS FOUND TO BE CAUSED BY THE TENANT WILL BE BACKCHARGED TO THE TENANT’S ACCOUNT AND IT IS THE TENANT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REIMBURSE THE SHANDON GROUP.
Please remember that it is the tenant’s responsibility to change the HVAC filters regularly and if your HVAC is found to have dirty filters then you will be charged for the entire HVAC bill! Also, always check to make sure your gas is on, if applicable, before you call in no heat. Any plumbing problems which result as direct neglect of Tenant if repaired will be billed to Tenant. ONLY STANDARD TOILET PAPER CAN BE FLUSED DOWN THE TOILET!
