Tenholm Townhomes HOA

Deer Lake Homeowner’s Association (HOA) was created by the Developer as a formal legal entity to maintain common areas of the Association and ensure quality and value of properties within the neighborhood. As a legal authority, the HOA is deemed to enact and enforce maintenance and design standards in addition to the standards established by the city.

Deer Lake HOA Board Members

On March 9, 2019, there was a Deer Lake Subdivision HOA meeting in which new board members were voted in. As the new board, our goal is to enhance the sense of community and quality of life within our neighborhood. We desire for our neighborhood to be a place where neighbors live like family. With that being said, we know that we have to work together to achieve a desirable place to live and play.

I have been a homeowner in Deer Lake Subdivision since May of 2012. I have an Associates of Science in General Technology. I also have a two year diploma in Industrial Electronics. I completed 8 years in the military. I have been in the manufacturing industry 30 plus years as a Maintenance Mechanic Kiln Supervisor and Team Leader. I plan on using my job and life experiences to save our community resources used for certain projects and redirect those funds to much needed improvements in our neighborhood.

I have been a resident of Deer Lake Subdivision since August 2009. I am an engineer at Fort Jack National Cemetery, where I have been working for the past 15 years.
