PLEASE NOTE: The property is not removed from the market and will still be shown and available to rent to other interested parties, unless we have received all documents required on the application as well as the security deposit (which is refundable if your application is not approved) and the application fee.
Those fees must be brought in person to our office at 2320 Devine Street.
