Home Owner’s Association Services



As the property owner, you incur no up-front or out-of-pocket fees. All management fees are discussed on an individual basis. You will be notified if maintenance expenses are to exceed a predetermined amount.
All net rental proceeds will be mailed monthly with a statement or direct deposited with a statement emailed. The Shandon Group requires a completed rental application and credit report for all potential residents. A signed Parent Letter of Guarantee is required for all student renters. Security deposits are equal to or exceed one month’s rental amount.
